We ship by standard Australia Post with tracking. All orders in Australia over $40 are shipped free, all orders under $40 are a flat $5.99. Shipping to New Zealand is a flat $14.99. All orders ship 1 to 2 business days after payment is received.

Returns and Faulty Items
We exchange any purchase within 14 days as long as the product is, unopened, in its original undamaged state and is in its original packaging, including plastic shrink wrap. Any returns are at the discretion of My Little Heart Pty Limited. If you wish to return an item you must contact us before doing so. Postage to and from My Little Heart Pty Limited is at the customer’s expense. If your order qualified for free shipping and your return is a change of mind then we reserve the right to charge you $10 to partially cover the free shipping charge.
